Returns

Return Process

2. Return Instructions: We will send you return authorization and detailed instructions on where to send your items.
3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

• Processing: If your return is approved, we will process your refund and a credit will be applied to your store credit initially.
• Partial Refunds: Some returns may qualify for partial refunds if items are not returned in original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error.

Sale Items

• Refunds: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
